Abstract (English):
K 2013 g. incidentnost' sifilisa i gonorei v Irkutskoy oblasti snizilas' v 5,9–7,4 raza, v sravnenii s maksimal'nymi pokazatelyami v period epidemicheskogo pod'ema v seredine 1990-h gg. Analiz tipa «zatraty – vygoda» proveden po dannym za 2005–2013 gg. Srednie velichiny pryamogo i nepryamogo uscherba ot odnogo sluchaya sifilisa i gonorei oceneny v 23,2 i 7,1 tys. rubley sootvetstvenno (v cenah 2013 g.). V 2009–2013 gg. za schet snizheniya zabolevaemosti rashody na lechenie i social'noe soprovozhdenie bol'nyh sifilisom i gonoreey v srednem sokraschalis' na 10 mln rub. v god.
