Lyumbal'noe drenirovanie – metod, ispol'zuyuschiysya s cel'yu profilaktiki vozniknoveniya vnutricherepnoy gipertenzii i lecheniya nazal'noy likvorei u pacientov, prooperirovannyh po povodu opuholey hiazmal'no- sellyarnoy oblasti. Primenenie etogo metoda ne yavlyaetsya obyazatel'nym: on ispol'zuetsya v zavisimosti ot podhodov, prinyatyh v konkretnoy medicinskoy organizacii. Nami proveden analiz rezul'tatov total'nogo ispol'zovaniya dannogo metoda za poslednie gody v sootvetstvii s prinyatoy v klinike taktikoy.
