Metodom hromato-mass-spektrometrii na gazovom hromatografe Agilent Packard HP 6890 issledovan himicheskiy sostav efirnogo masla polyni Adamsa Artemisia adamsii Bess., proizrastayuschey v Rossii (Respublika Buryatiya) i Mongolii. V sostave efirnogo masla obnaruzheno svyshe 120 soedineniy, iz kotoryh identificirovano 85 %. Osnovnymi komponentami efirnogo masla yavlyayutsya 1,8-cineol (8,6–40,8 %), terpineol-4 (4,3–5,7 %), kamfora (2,6–43,6 %), biciklogermakren (2,2–6,1 %), spatulenol (1,9–11,0 %).
