The article deals with conceptual approaches to the design of IEE, describes the tasks of mastering the richest information and methodological potential of the future IEE by the teacher. The author provides a list of problems of designing and mastering the IEE teaching staff , describes in detail the nature of innovative tasks that the emerging “Digital didactics” will be able to solve under the conditions of the correct functioning of the IEE. On the basis of a multifactor analysis of the current situation with the design and creation of IEE, the author formulated a number of didactic.
