Abstract (English):
The article focuses on the issue of development of human capacity in the fi eld of supplementary education through the adoption and adaptation of the professional standard of “The Teacher of Supplementary Child and Adolescent Education”. Its adoption in Novosibirsk region has revealed some risks and problems related to the terms and conditions of its implementation. The well-defi ned challenges of its implementation in the fi eld of labour relations, as well as lack of teachers’ professional skills made it possible to compile the proposals to introduce changes in the professional standard of “The Teacher of Supplementary Child and Adolescent Education”.
