RESULTS OF COMPUTER MODELING OF MOVEMENT OF A FOREST TRAILER WITH ENERGY RECOVERY IN ITS SUSPENSION

Abstract (English):
Odnim iz perspektivnyh i realizuemyh sposobov povysheniya effektivnosti lesovoznogo avtopoezda yavlyaetsya osnaschenie ih rekuperativnymi mehanizmami, obespechivayuschimi povtornoe ispol'zovanie v rabochem processe neproizvoditel'no rasseivaemoy v okruzhayuschuyu sredu energii. Dlya ocenki effekta osnascheniya podveski lesovoznogo avtopoezda nakopitelyami energii i opredeleniya optimal'nyh parametrov poslednih razrabotana i issledovana matematicheskaya model' dvizheniya lesovoznogo avtopoezda na povorote i po nerovnoy poverhnosti, harakternyh dlya lesovoznyh dorog. Modelirovanie osnovano na metodah klassicheskoy mehaniki. Dlya issledovaniya matematicheskoy modeli i dlya provedeniya komp'yuternyh eksperimentov po dvizheniyu lesovoznogo avtopoezda razrabotana komp'yuternaya programma. S ih pomosch'yu issledovano vliyanie parametrov sistemy rekuperacii, usloviy dvizheniya i parametrov rel'efa opornoy poverhnosti na pokazateli effektivnosti sistemy rekuperacii. Vypolneny raschety otkloneniya ot ravnovesnogo polozheniya vseh shesti koles lesovoznogo avtopoezda, a takzhesummarnoy rekuperiruemoy moschnosti v zavisimosti ot vremeni. Polucheny zavisimosti vliyaniya na rekuperiruemuyu moschnost' diametra gidrocilindrov v podveske pri povorote lesovoznogo avtopoezda, pri razlichnyh diametrah gidrocilindrov, skorosti dvizheniya lesovoznogo avtopoezda v povorote, vremeni pri razlichnoy skorosti prohoda povorota. Vyyavleno, chto osnaschenie lesovoznogo avtopoezda sistemoy rekuperacii pozvolit pri dvizhenii s chastymi povorotami zapasat' moschnost' ot 1 do 7 kVt. Opredelen optimal'nyy diametr gidrocilindrov, kotoryy sostavil 50-60 mm. Takzhe ustanovleno, chto s uvelicheniem skorosti dvizheniya lesovoznogo avtopoezda suschestvenno vozrastaet effektivnost' sistemy rekuperacii, prichemona ne uhudshaet ustoychivost' lesovoznogo avtopoezda na rezkih povorotah do skorosti dvizheniya 90 km/ch.
