V rabote privedeny rezul'taty issledovaniy processa pressovaniya drevesnyh granul. Rassmotreno izmenenie modulya prodol'noy uprugosti (modul' Yunga) pri razlichnom davlenii pressovaniya v zavisimosti ot temperatury nagreva, vlazhnosti i frakcionnogo sostava drevesnyh opilok (shihty). V provedennyh ranee issledovaniyah opredeleny zavisimosti modulya uprugosti ot vneshnih faktorov dlya drevesnostruzhechnyh i drevesnovoloknistyh plit, izgotovlennyh iz izmel'chennyh drevesnyh chastic so svyazuyuschim. V rabotah razlichnyh avtorov imeyutsya otdel'nye dannye o zavisimosti velichiny konechnoy plotnosti i kachestva spressovannoy granuly ot modulya Yunga spressovannoy drevesnoy shihty v kanalah matricy cilindricheskoy formy. Pri etom voprosy o vliyanii davleniya pressovaniya v zavisimosti ot temperatury, vlazhnosti i frakcionnogo sostava shihty na velichinu modulya prodol'noy uprugosti spressovannoy drevesnoy shihty bez svyazuyuschih izucheny nedostatochno. Dlya opredeleniya modulya uprugosti spressovannoy drevesnoy shihty sozdana eksperimental'naya ustanovka. V kachestve bazovoy shemy provedeniya eksperimentov vybrana model' deformacionnogo szhatiya drevesnoy shihty v fil'ere matricy cilindricheskoy formy. Dlya shihty razlichnoy frakcii iz drevesiny eli, sosny i berezy vypolneno eksperimental'noe opredelenie modulya prodol'noy uprugosti. Usilie pressovaniya shihty var'irovalos' ot 100 do 300 kgs. V rezul'tate provedennogo issledovaniya ustanovleno, chto zavisimost' modulya uprugosti drevesnyh granul ot usiliya pressovaniya lineynaya; dlya spressovannoy drevesnoy shihty pri rabochih davleniyah 100-300 kgs v press-granulyatore modul' Yunga izmenyaetsya v predelah 600-1500 MPa; temperatura pressovaniya okazyvaet suschestvennoe vliyanie na velichinu modulya uprugosti pri znacheniyah do 100-102 ºS, dal'neyshee povyshenie temperatury ne vnosit znachimyh izmeneniy; pri pressovanii drevesnoy shihty voznikayut preimuschestvenno uprugie deformacii; izmenenie frakcionnogo sostava i vlazhnosti drevesnoy shihty na modul' Yunga vliyaet v men'shey stepeni, chem temperatura; kachestvo drevesnyh granul snizhaetsya pri vlazhnosti drevesnoy shihty 6 % i menee
