STOCHASTICS AND CHAOS IN THE NEURAL NETWORKS OF THE BRAIN

Abstract (English):
Suschestvuet mnozhestvo, rabot, v kotoryh predstavleny rezul'taty opisaniya i modelirovaniya mehanizmov i principov evristicheskoy deyatel'nosti mozga. Pri etom, vse oni ne vklyuchayut ryad bazovyh principov raboty neyrosetey mozga v rezhime evristiki. Ispol'zuemye fizicheskie (i komp'yuternye) modeli raboty mozga v vide neyro-EVM (NEVM) ili iskusstvennyh neyrosetey ne ispol'zuyut dva fundamental'nyh principa raboty mozga. Pervyy iz nih —  mnogokratnye reverberacii v neyrosetyah (iteracii v NEVM), vtoroy- princip «vstryahivaniya» (o nem pisal esche Tihonov i Samarskiy v 20-m veke). V rabote pokazyvaetsya ih real'naya (fizicheskaya) realizaciya na baze neyroemulyatorov, kotorye togda obespechivayut sistemnyy analiz (identifikaciyu parametrov poryadka —  glavnyh diagnosticheskih priznakov xi*v biomedicine).
