DEVELOPMENT OF AN ALGORITHM FOR ASSESSING THE RISK OF DAMAGE TO THE HEALTH OF EMPLOYEES OF THE ENERGY INDUSTRY

Abstract (English):
The article is devoted to the problem of improving the safety of energy enterprises employees, which for several decades has been one of the most important organizational tasks in the enterprise in the process of employment. The paper analyzes the existing indicators of working conditions assessment and proposes an algorithm for assessing the risk of damage to the health the energy industry employees, allowing to further develop a list of measures that reduce the impact of harmful factors on employees of the enterprise.
