In this article the problems of influence of the coastal territory of Blue and White Nile on the wind patterns and dustiness of building of Khartoum are revealed. One of the main factors having significant effect on the formation of external environment along with air temperature, solar radiation and air humidity is wind. Planning and building in extreme adverse climatic conditions of Khartoum, in many respects depends on the building standard, theoretical and practical recommendations on designing of housing estate, taking into account the local conditions and requirements on improvements of wind conditions. Wind has significant effect on the condition of dust content of the air basin of the city. The questions of further territorial development of coastal areas of residential development of the Blue and White Nile also are considered. The study looked at residential development requiring actions, taking into account the general laws of speed variation and dustiness of the air environment. The paper presents the results of studies of the nature of air flow around natural obstacles or buildings. Presents analytical relationship of the velocity changes depending on the wind direction relative to the front of building. Measures for improvement of the wind regime of the coastal strip and dustiness of Blue and White Nile are proposed
