Abstract (English):
In this article, the authors in the prism of determining the limits of legal regulation of digital assets analyzed the specifics of participation of digital assets in commodity-money relations, identified the risks of economic turnover of cryptocurrency (as a digital resource) and developed proposals for hedging such risks.
