The article suggests some directions for increasing the economic efficiency of aviation production, which include the rational consumption of energy resources, the development of digital technologies in production activities, and the formation of an ecosystem for the development of production personnel. Practical recommendations with evaluations of the results of their implementation have been developed for each area.
