Abstract (English):
V stat'e rassmatrivayutsya voprosy, svyazannye s vozdeystviem informacionnoy revolyucii na pravovoe regulirovanie truda. V processe massovogo vnedreniya informacionnyh tehnologiy v chelovecheskuyu zhizn' klassicheskoe trudovoe pravootnoshenie, orientirovannoe na promyshlennyy trud, podvergaetsya transformacii. Vozniknovenie novyh netipichnyh form truda (trud cherez onlayn-platformy, distancionnyy trud i dr.) privodit ne tol'ko k kolichestvennomu rostu special'nyh norm trudovogo zakonodatel'stva, ne vse iz kotoryh optimal'nym obrazom otrazhayut interesy storon trudovyh otnosheniy, no i k tomu, chto klassicheskoe ponyatie trudovogo otnosheniya i trudovogo dogovora stanovitsya primenimym k suzhayuschemusya krugu rabotayuschih. Krome togo, razvitie netipichnyh form truda nerazryvno svyazano s opasnym rostom neustoychivosti zanyatosti, chto predstavlyaet soboy bol'shoy vyzov s tochki zreniya sohraneniya social'noy stabil'nosti v obschestve. Sformulirovany prakticheskie vyvody v otnoshenii neobhodimosti tehnicheskoy dorabotki otdel'nyh norm, kasayuschihsya netipichnoy zanyatosti, a takzhe vklyucheniya v sostav Trudovogo kodeksa Rossiyskoy Federacii nekotoryh novyh form trudovyh otnosheniy. Teoreticheskiy vyvod, sdelannyy avtorom, svyazan s neobhodimost'yu nachala diskussii o rasshirenii ponyatiy trudovogo otnosheniya i trudovogo dogovora, zakreplennyh v zakonodatel'stve, i vklyucheniya v nih, pomimo tradicionnogo kvalifikacionnogo priznaka subordinacii, priznakov ekonomicheskoy zavisimosti i ekonomicheskoy asimmetrii storon otnosheniy, svyazannyh s ispol'zovaniem truda.
