The process and expected results of implementation and development of automated workplace (AWP) for the administrator (AWP- Administrator) of the operational duty shift (ODS) for the Crisis Management Center (CMC) of EMERCOM of Russia have been considered. The structure, functions and basic operations of interaction with the "AWP- Administrator" of CMC ODS, which is an AWP in the database management system (DBMS) of ODS AWP - "ODS AWP DBMS" and provides the automation of CMC ODS AWP user technical support, database (DB) structure formation, enhancement of existing and development of new CMC ODS AWP. Have been justified the prospects of EMERCOM of Russia’s CMC ODS "ARM – Administrator" implementation for organization of the process of CMC ODS AWP user technical support, “ODS AWP DBMS” information updating, enhancement of existing and development of the new CMC ODS AWP.
