The review of some actual problems of the organization of additional education of the children reflecting a look of specialists of system of additional education in the Moscow region is presented in article. In sight of experts there were problems of modernization of infrastructure and personnel potential of additional education of children at the present stage.

Аннотация: В статье представлен обзор некоторых актуальных проблем организации дополнительного образования детей, отражающих взгляд специалистов системы дополнительного образования в Московской области. В поле зрения экспертов оказались проблемы модернизации инфраструктуры и кадрового потенциала дополнительного образования детей на современном этапе.

В последние годы реформаторские тенденции всё более заметны в системе дополнительного образования детей. Они по большей части на создание системы, способствующей социальной адаптации детей в динамичном обществе, развитию их творческих способностей, приобщению к культуре.
