The purpose of this article is an introduction to features and direction of development of small and medium-sized entrepreneurship in the Republic of Kazakhstan. Also analyzed the dynamics of the increase in entrepreneurial activity in the country, considered the main state programs to support of small and medium-sized enterprises.
