PREREQUISITES FOR THE FORMATION OF CORPORATE TRAINING AT ENTERPRISES AS A DRIVER FOR INCREASING LABOR PRODUCTIVITY

Abstract (English):
The article deals with the issues related to the definition of the concept of corporate training. A refined definition of the concept of corporate training is given on the basis of the prevailing market conditions and the dynamism of the changing external environment. The analysis of corporate training models is carried out and the directions allowing to optimize their classification on the basis of simplified classification features are given. The interaction of the internal system of corporate training with external sources of interaction with human resources is considered. The article proves the necessity of forming a corporate training system in order to increase the efficiency of activities at the level of medium and large business companies. The importance of corporate training in the system of increasing labor productivity and its role as a potential driver in achieving high economic indicators is determined.
