Abstract (English):
In line with the improvement of fi nancial legislation in Russia, Federal Law No. 447-FZ of December 22, 2020 was adopted, which signifi cantly increases the effi ciency of syndicated lending, i.e. lending that is carried out by groups (syndicates) of jointly acting lenders.
