Abstract (English):
According to fi nancial analysts, Federal Law No. 325-FZ “On Amendments to Article 51.2 of the Federal Law “On the Securities Market” and Certain Legislative Acts of the Russian Federation” adopted on July 2, 2021 signifi cantly increased the opportunities for Russian market representatives to organize collective investments from participation of the state and private business.
According to fi nancial analysts, Federal Law No. 325-FZ “On Amendments to Article 51.2 of the Federal Law “On the Securities Market” and Certain Legislative Acts of the Russian Federation” adopted on July 2, 2021 signifi cantly increased the opportunities for Russian market representatives to organize collective investments from participation of the state and private business.
