Abstract (English):
The formation of a personality in society presupposes a relationship with another within the framework of legal reality. Orientation to the other in the field of law presupposes the assumption of his independent existence as a value. In the space of legal intersubjectivity, the participants of the relationship acquire their "face", appeal to the deep values of the individual.
