TWO-CLUSTER MODEL TRЁHKOMPARTMENTNYE TREMOR IN PARKINSON´S DISEASE

Abstract (English):
The scope of compartment-cluster theory of biosystems is in modeling of voluntariness (or involuntariness) of postural tremor and occurs due to the changes in external control drives Ud from 1st (supervisor) cluster. In this case, there are variations in the frequency response and autocorrelation functions, which is typical for tremorogramm of postural tremor and in case of Parkinson´s disease. The voluntariness of the tremor may occur only in the change of quasiattractors’ parameters in models (changing dissipation coefficient b), that is observed in changes of phy-siological states in the organism (con sciously).

Болезнь Паркинсона – это заболевание, которое связанно с постепенной гибелью определенных нервных клеток, нейронов, которые вырабатывают медиатор дофамин. Из-за этого в организме человека происходит нарушение регуляции уровня возбуждения в стриа-паллидарном комплексе и как итог – наблюдается нарушение параметров движений и мышечного тонуса. Это имеет характерные проявления в виде тремора (дрожи), общей скованности и нарушения позы и всего качества движений. Для описания таких патологий мы предлагаем двухкластерные трёхкомпартментные модели в виде систем дифференциальных уравнений.
