On thermal conductivity of nodular and vermicular graphite cast iron when isothermal quenching
Abstract and keywords
Abstract (English):
The results of studies of thermal conductivity of nodular and vermicular graphite cast iron in the temperature range of 25-950 C are presented. It was concluded that up to 700 C, the type of metal matrix, in the temperature range 700, has a significant effect on the distribution of the heat flow...950 C the matrix effect becomes insignificant and graphite is actively connected in the process, in particular the inclusion form
