Abstract (English):
The content of the article by prof. Tebekina A.V. “Detailing of the “vicious circle of the shadow sector” by Hernando De Soto in relation to the Russian economy”, published in the journal “Vestnik MFLA” No. 4, 2022. Based on the study of individual blocks of the detailed scheme of the “vicious circle of the shadow sector” presented by the author, it was concluded that that the reviewed study is an interesting and relevant work that can be presented for discussion at international and interuniversity conferences, scientific seminars, and also proposed as a topic for dissertation research.
