Abstract (English):
The relevance of the presented study lies in the fact that in the Russian Federation, the introduction of "green building" technologies is currently extremely slow, which is due to a whole range of problems, including the lack of consideration of climate change and the necessary adaptations associated with it in the urban planning complex. The purpose of the presented research is to find rational options for the use of green technologies for the construction of energy-efficient and environmentally friendly buildings that are climate-sound for the territory of the Udmurt Republic. The scientific novelty of the results obtained lies in the development of an algorithm for taking into account climatic conditions when using green technologies in the construction of buildings. The practical significance of the results obtained lies in the possibility of using the provisions of the developed algorithm for taking into account ongoing climate changes when introducing green technologies in the construction of buildings in the Udmurt region.
