IMPROVEMENT OF AUTOMATED CONTROL SYSTEMS FOR PRODUCTION AND PRODUCTION LOGISTICS DEVELOPMENT

Abstract (English):
This paper has been devoted to a retrospective review of production logistics formation in the frames of “Logistics” Scientific School at The State University of Management. The author’s contribution to the resolution of production management automation problems in the real time has been described. This contribution enables to implement scientific and methodological preliminary work on situational management for production logistics systems based on application of recognition methods and systems. Scientific novelty of the author’s contribution in the SUM‘s Logistics Scientific School, consisting of development related to the theory and tools for operational planning and management of engineering production based on application of recognition methods and market influences accounting, has been represented. The practical importance of situational management of production logistics systems has been revealed. Perspective directions for application of recognition methods and systems in conditions of such active complex object as a machinebuilding enterprise and logistics systems have been showed.

В 80-х гг. прошлого века в ряде отраслей отечественного машиностроения начался процесс создания и практического внедрения гибких производственных систем (ГПС) различного уровня: гибких производственных модулей (ГПМ), гибких автоматизированных линий (ГАЛ), участков (ГАУ), цехов (ГАЦ), заводов (ГАЗ). Целями создания и внедрения ГПС, например, были следующие: обеспечение способности быстрого и низкозатратного перехода ГПС на изготовление различных видов продукции, востребованной потребителями; повышение эффективности функционирования производственных систем за счет различных факторов, в том числе и синергии — получение дополнительного эффекта при однонаправленном целевом функционировании различных подсистем, компонентов и элементов сложной системы — при осуществлении интеграции систем автоматизированного проектирования (САПР) конструкции (САПР К) и технологии (САПР Т) с автоматизированными системами управления (АСУ) технологическими процессами (АСУ ТП), производственными участками (АСУ У), цехами (АСУ Ц), заводами (АСУ З), а в перспективе — переход на безбумажные и безлюдные технологии управления указанными объектами в автоматическом режиме.
