The article examines the digital ecosystem of the Russian Federation, in particular, the legislative aspects of legislation in the digital space are touched upon. The issue of creating digital sovereignty in the digital ecosystem is also raised. The security of the digital space is necessary to exclude third parties in the digital space in the relationship between the state and individuals and legal entities. And not a little important aspect of this article is the definition of an accurate understanding of the term "digital rights", as well as the proposal to settle the contract of sale of digital rights in the information and communication sphere "Internet".
