Abstract (English):
In the article discusses the regulatory framework for regulating the employment of temporary labor migrant, in particular rotational and seasonal workers. We shown the main provisions of the Constitution, the Labor Code, and the benefits for rotational workers of the Far North, the attitude of regional authorities to the rotational method of attracting labor in the strategic development of the territory.
