This article discusses the features of criminal liability of medical workers for professional violations. The experience of this crime is considered in general terms. The authors in the article pay attention to the study of judicial practice related to individual elements of compositions that are important for the qualification of crimes, about the causal relationship between the action and inaction of a medical worker and the ensuing consequence.
