The article shows that one of the most significant phenomena of social reality is the scientific management. We prove that the scientific management should be studied in several interrelated disciplines of different levels. On the level of general theoretical it is philosophy. On the theoretical level they are sociology and economics. At the application level they are pedagogy and psychology. The role and place of each discipline in the study of scientific management are described. Multidisciplinary model of scientific management is given.

Одной из наиболее важных проблем современной науки и образования является качество и эффективность такого феномена как научное руководство. Актуальность этой проблемы подробно рассмотрена в наших предыдущих работах [3] и в исследованиях других авторов [2]. В общем виде её суть определяется невозможностью результативного проведения научных исследований без их сопровождения научным руководством высокого уровня. Образно говоря, научное руководство в значительной степени является топливом научных исследований, и при отсутствии такого топлива научные исследования останавливаются.
Однако научные исследования нужны не сами по себе и не самим проводящим их исследователям, но прежде всего ― обществу, развитие которого без генерации новых знаний, постижения новых закономерностей природы и общества невозможно. А именно продукция новой информации и есть реальная цель и смысл проведения научных исследований. Таким образом, низкое качество научного руководства так или иначе способствует торможению развития всего общества как такового.
