Abstract (English):
In the conditions of the modern economic environment, financial flows are becoming an integral element of management for all organizations. Every action of the manager, whether direct or indi-rect, is closely related to the movement of funds. Thus, knowledge of the basics of financial man-agement becomes mandatory for management personnel at all levels, providing a deeper under-standing of the difficulties faced by enterprises and ensuring the effective performance of their du-ties. Financial management is a strategic management of the financial and economic activities of the company using modern methods. Its multifaceted character and importance at the current stage of economic development make it an indispensable factor for successful business. To date, financial management represents one of the most dynamically developing processes aimed at solving a wide range of tasks related to enterprise management. The article considers not only the definition of fi-nancial management, its structure, and areas of application, but also highlights the importance of information for making effective financial decisions, which plays a key role in ensuring the sustain-able competitiveness of the organization. The article makes it clear that financial management acts not only in the role of accounting and analysis of financial transactions, but also as a strategic man-agement that ensures the stability and prosperity of the company in the modern market environ-ment.
