Abstract (English):
The material of the article is based on a theoretical, legal and practice-oriented review of the consulting work of the Public Assistant to the Commissioner for Human Rights in the Voronezh Region (L.N. Romanenko) and the analytical work of a member of the expert council of the Commissioner for Human Rights in the Voronezh Region (H.V. Belogortseva (Peshkova))). Attention is drawn to the importance of the public work of the relevant "public law institutions" to protect the rights and interests of citizens, including in the field of preventing financial fraud, protecting the rights of convicted persons.
