This article explores the geography of special zones as a demanded science of features and phenomena, partnership projects with the state. The study of their essence, instruments is carried out. The preferences, advantages and risks are presented, the quintessence of the goals of partnership with business arising from the interests of the state is described. Variations of their successful implementation are proposed.
