Abstract (English):
Development of science is always closely connected with social and political situation in the country. Various challenges dictate certain keynotes of the research to humanitarian researches. In this regard the article is devoted to consideration of actual problems of the development of Soviet and modern Russian juridical sciences. The problem and chronological principle is the basis of the article allowing to allocate the main periods of formation of legal knowledge. Key tendencies of formation of juridical science of postrevolutionary and modern Russian periods are considered.
