The article is dedicated to the present problems of the provision of the domestic housing and communal (HC) enterprises with the qualified labor resources in the deficit circumstances of the qualified professional personnel and the toughening competition with other sectors of the economy. The authors suggest the actual directions of the manpower policy improvement of the HC enterprises.
