The comprehensive approach to the diversification of the chemical enterprise activity is suggested, it’s system repulse in the investment and operating budgets is justified. The au-thor developed the activity selection methodology of the diversification plan forming, re-ceived approval at the JSC “Plastic” and realized in the scientific productional and professional educational enterprise programs.
