n April 2024 Russian President Vladimir Putin signed Federal Law No. 31-FZ, which establishes very serious guarantees for protecting citizens from fraudulent actions when issuing loans without the will of the citizens themselves, as well as under the influence of deception or abuse of their trust using social engineering methods.
