Modern business inevitably faces dynamic changes and innovations. Rapid technological progress, increasing demands for the quality of products and services, as well as increased competition force companies to adapt new approaches to the organization of work. For those organizations that are unable to transform in a timely manner, there is a real threat of losing competitiveness and leaving the market. One of the central aspects that determines the success of a business in the current condi-tions is a competent structure of the work process. In modern labor management, classical methods, such as the number of hours worked, are no longer the main indicators of efficiency. They are being replaced by more flexible forms of work organization, including remote work, non-standard sched-ules (for example, 4/3 or 5/2) and online training. These modern approaches help to increase employ-ee motivation by improving their balance between professional and personal life, as well as increase productivity by reducing the time spent on the road to and from work. An important component of successful work organization is also attention to the creation of an inclusive environment for people with disabilities. Improving the mechanisms for promoting the employment of people with disabilities is becoming not only a socially responsible, but also a strategically important task. This includes adapting workplaces to individual needs, developing training and retraining programs, as well as introducing mentoring and support systems. Modern technologies play a key role in promoting the employment of people with disabilities, providing opportunities for remote work and the use of spe-cialized tools to help overcome physical limitations. The integration of such solutions allows for the creation of more accessible working conditions and ensures equal opportunities for all employees, regardless of their physical abilities. An important step in this area is also the development and implementation of programs aimed at improving the availability of vocational training and career growth for people with disabilities.
