Abstract (English):
Among the participants in criminal proceedings, witnesses and victims are particularly victimized in relation to external influences (including those related to the use of violence). Their victimization is determined by the fact that witnesses and victims are the owners of "exclusive" information about the circumstances of the crime committed. The article presents a program that provides a thorough and comprehensive study of the identity of the encroachment, which can improve the efficiency and quality of the activities of the preliminary investigation bodies
