The article presents the results of research on innovative and investment features of the digital transformation potential formation in the Russian economy. The statistical data analysis on the use of advanced digital technologies key groups is carried out. Their implementation ensures the o business processes efficiency, makes it possible to adapt strategies and products to new conditions and market trends with the information and communication, investment, financial, human resources, and other resources help. The main internal and external factors of innovation and investment development, the demand for digital developments, the possibility of financing ICTO, research and development by industry, region, federal districts of the Russian Federation are identified. The main ways to solve the identified problems are proposed using an integrated approach to managing digital transformation and the public-private partnership principles, which will increase competitiveness and ensure sustainable growth of the country's economy.
