ANALYSIS OF THE REASONS FOR REACHING THE LIMIT STATE OF THE BEARING ROLLERS OF ROTARY FURNACES
Abstract and keywords
Abstract (English):
The working conditions of rotary furnace main components and the reasons for reaching the limit state of the bearing rollers of rotary furnaces are considered. Using Ishikawa diagram, the factors leading to these causes are grouped. Special attention is paid to the factors affecting the condition of the surface layer of bearing rollers.

Keywords:
rotary furnaces, bearing rollers, friction, wear, creep
