The article discusses the types of resource provision in the field of physical culture and sports. The analysis of the formation of types of management activities aimed at the development of physical culture and sports in various subordinate organizations is carried out. A comparison is made of various statistical indicators that characterize both financial injections into the field of physical culture and sports, as well as existing achievements in the field of sports infrastructure formation on the example of such sports facilities as swimming pools, stadiums, planar sports facilities, gyms. Considering various types of resource provision, there is a shortage of them. In particular, according to the results of the study, a problem field has been formed, consisting of individual factors, working with which will allow a balanced approach to the formation of a resource base in the field of physical culture and sports.
