The post-industrial economy as an era of a saturated market has demonstrated radical changes in the requirements for the development of the overwhelming majority of economic sectors. This fully applies to the construction complex and the sectors that support it. In complex modern conditions, when the development of the construction complex is greatly influenced by climate change, "tectonic shifts" in the spatial development of housing construction projects, transport, engineering and other infrastructure, as well as many other factors, there is an objective need to conduct a comprehensive analysis of the development processes of the construction complex and the sectors that support it in the post-industrial economy and potential solutions. The purpose of the presented research is to find ways to solve the problem of forming a methodology for analyzing the development processes of the construction complex and supporting industries in the post-industrial economy. The scientific novelty of the obtained results lies in the development of a generalized algorithm for the formation of a methodology for analyzing the development processes of the construction complex and supporting industries in relation to modern trends in the post-industrial economy. The practical significance of the work lies in the possibility of using its results in determining approaches to the analysis of the development processes of the construction complex and the industries that support it in the conditions of a post-industrial economy in the interests of increasing the efficiency of national economic development.
