The paper discusses the changes in the legislation of the Russian Federation related to the view of harvested wood. The most significant of these changes is the establishment of the Forest Code of the Russian Federation requirements wood grading and accounting of harvested wood that provided by federal law from December 28, 2013 № 415-DL on the timber accounting and transactions with it.

Аннотация:В работе рассмотрены изменения законодательства Российской Федерации, связанные с учётом заготовленной древесины. Наиболее значимым среди них является включение в Лесной кодекс РФ требований к сортиментации и учёту круглых лесоматериалов, которые предусмотрены Федеральным законом от 28 декабря 2013 года № 415-ФЗ по учёту древесины и сделок с ней.
