The article analyzes main models of corporate governance, including the Anglo-Saxon, Continental European, Japanese and Russian (mixed) models. Special attention is paid to the Russian model, which is characterized by a mixed nature, significant influence of the state and advisory regulation by the Central Bank of the Russian Federation. A comparative analysis is carried out, common features and differences with international approaches are identified.
