This paper describes the stages of the production process called drafting taxation of cartographic basis, and puts forward the proposals for some form of automation to simplify the management of the project areas. Taking the example of the institutions “Voronezhlesproekt”, the authors show the process of creating a full-fledged GIS implementing the automation of the process of filling the main form, which implies the import and change of the data about allotments location. The paper also emphasizes the benefits of this approach.

Аннотация: В работе рассматривается стадия производственного процесса, именуемого составлением таксационного описания картографической основы, и выдвигаются предложения по автоматизации некоторых форм проекта для упрощения управления территориями. На примере учреждения «Воронежлеспроект» авторами показан процесс создания полноценной ГИС-системы, осуществляющей автоматизацию процесса заполнения главной формы, подразумевающего внесение и изменение данных о местонахождении выделов. Также, подчеркнуты все преимущества подобного подхода.
