The relevance of the presented study is determined by the fact that the expected rapid development of technological innovations characteristic of the new sixth technological order in combination with a set of geopolitical and economic problems of national economy development and the ongoing hybrid war by the West against the Russian Federation, have determined the need to achieve the triune goal of the country's development in the interests of ensuring its security and sustainable development: "import substitution - technological sovereignty - technological leadership". At the same time, the most important technologies for solving problems aimed at achieving this triune goal are technologies for increasing labor productivity, including the organization of labor activity. In this regard, it is of interest to consider the methodological provisions of scientific labor organization in order to project them onto modern conditions of organization and management of production and economic activity. The purpose of the presented studies is to consider the methodological provisions of scientific labor organization by A.K. Gastev, developed during the industrial era, as applied to the problems of labor organization in modern conditions of the post-industrial economy. The scientific novelty of the obtained results lies in the framework of the study of trends in the development of modern management through the prism of the teachings of A.K. Gastev of rational technologies for solving key problems of scientific organization of labor. The practical significance of the obtained results lies in determining the directions of development of modern management in the interests of improving the methodology of labor organization based on the achievements of science and advanced experience of the post-industrial era.
