The article is devoted to the issues of the influence of provision of logistics companies with operational resources on their competitiveness. The influence of geopolitical factors on the provision of logistics companies with operational resources is shown. Conclusions are made about the need to integrate global experience and adapt best practices to improve the competitiveness and sustainability of logistics companies in the context of globalization. Examples of successful technologies from various countries are illustrated, which have made it possible to increase the sustainability and efficiency of logistics operations in the context of global economic changes and geopolitical instability. Innovative approaches to material resource management are proposed, which help reduce dependence on individual suppliers and increase the adaptability of logistics networks. Prospects for further research in this area are considered and directions for the development of new supply strategies are proposed.
