This article describes an approach to creating an automated system based on dynamic situations control. The approach is aimed at implementing a continuous process of intellectual decision-making support and is based on the representation of the field of management of a complex organizational and technical system as a set of spatiotemporal dynamic situations describing the change in its state over time when interacting with a competing system and the external environment. The formalization of situations is aimed at the information-events representation of activities.
