This article examines the current problems and development trends of Russian integrated corporate structures, which play a key role in managing complex economic systems. The relevance of the research is due to the growing challenges posed by the modern economy, including digitalization and changes in legislation that require companies to adopt new approaches to integration and resource management. The purpose of the work is to identify the main problems faced by Russian corporate structures, as well as to analyze new trends and methods that contribute to their effective development. The object of the research is integrated corporate structures of different sectors of the Russian economy, and the subject is specific problems. The article systematizes the key problems faced by Russian integrated corporate structures, including difficulties in management, lack of flexibility in adapting to market conditions, problems of corporate governance and interaction between investors. Particular attention is paid to the shortcomings in communication and coordination within multi-level structures. The novelty of the research lies in the systematic analysis of modern challenges facing Russian integrated corporate structures, such as the effects of globalization, digitalization, changes in legislative regulation and fluctuations in the external economic environment. In addition, special attention is paid to identifying new trends that are formed as a result of companies' adaptation to modern realities, including the introduction of innovative technologies, the transformation of business models and the rethinking of corporate strategy. The impact of digitalization, process automation, as well as the relevance of using modern information technologies to increase the competitiveness and sustainability of such companies is considered. The results of the work can be useful both for the scientific community and for practitioners involved in strategic management in integrated corporate structures in the Russian market.
