The study focuses on the management features of training specialists in regionallevel Olympic reserve schools. Particular attention is paid to the interaction between methodologists and coaches, professional development, and the adaptation of educational programs to the specifics of different sports. Key issues were identified, including insufficient funding, low systematization of training, and limited resources. Training programs for methodologists were developed, a feedback system was introduced, and regular seminars were organized. The program demonstrated high practical significance, leading to increased training efficiency. Further research expansion and adaptation of the approach for other sports institutions are recommended.
